Regardless of whether I pick EU or US in the launcher settings it begins to redownload the whole game. I don't know why.
I already have 30gb disk used, so I know it is installed.
If I go into the game folders and find the eso.exe file I can double-click on it and the game starts. I can then play, but on US servers. I want to play on EU servers.
WTF is going on?
