Appealing a Perma Ban Support Ticket, no response

Hi,

I'm sorry if this isn't allowed, but we're at our wits end trying to get a reply to a support ticket.

A friend of mine received a permanent ban due to cancelling his 12 month sub via Steam (albeit it had just rolled over and so he only asked as a query) and missed the ticket in his inbox until it had passed the 4 day mark to close it. He has tried to reply to the ticket which stated how he could get his account back, but has not received any response to this, or the other 2 tickets raised. With being perma banned he can't log into the website to see any responses to the tickets, and feels that his email may have also been blacklisted.

Can anyone give us an update on the status of this? I am willing to be the messenger, he just really wants his account back as he has spent a lot of time and money on it only to get banned because of a mistake with Steam Support.

its quite unprofessional for them not to answer, yeah steam is full of ***, had a similar issue with swtor and had to create a new account just to be able to log in

@ZOS_Bill Hi is it possible to get an update on these tickets at all for my friend?

The initial ban stated if he reversed the chargeback with his bank it would be resolved and he could be unbanned, however it wasnt via the bank but steam and was refunded into his steam wallet, would simply purchasing the 12 month sub again fix this? He would really like to get back online and is especially upset seeing as something he's been waiting to get has been announced in the August CS Showcase too!

Any help would be appreciated.
