Sound Issue in Telvanni Peninsula (SPOILER)

Its seems that the sound of various characters voiced dialogue is not working. Two I have noticed are Meln the Mouthless and Scruut. I am not the only one - my Husband has same issue on a different PC. I have played through Necrom twice before on same PC and not had this issue - seems to be a recent thing.

It was introduced with the latest maintenance and should be fixed with U39.0
