    Ok I login to UK than PTS than I could login to NA.
    Just wow.

    Since logging into PTS messes up where you have to go thru this to get back to NA server I am done with PTS good luck.
    On PC btw.

    Been trying to log back in after getting booted for almost 45 minutes now. PC NA

    Log in, error 103
    Log in, placed in 1-4 second ques, come out of que error 201

    Yes, have restarted my PC

    Have "turned my pc on and off again" and still the same.
    I obviously have internet - otherwise I could not be making this response on the forum.

    Was playing for a while on EU, switched to NA but only getting 103 errors now on either server.

    Had the problem last night. Got on early this morning and was able to do the event.
    But for me there will be no way to go to craglorn during prime time for this event
    The servers can't handle it.
    So yesterdays tickets were a bust for me.

    Same here. I have tried logging in on either PC NA/EU and am getting the Error 103 message, sometimes after getting placed on que. I restarted my computer and same thing happened. Logging into PTS works for me, but still does not change the Error 103 status when I retry logging in on the live servers.

    Now bouncing between error 201 and error 103 and haven't been able to log into PCNA for about an hour. Any mods online who can acknowledge this? I have trouble thinking that this is affecting only the three or four people who have posted here.

    I get it... issues happen. But why are there never issues with taking my money?

    Seems the servers can not cope:

    103 - Failed to obtain server connection information.

    If you encounter this error, we recommend you to wait for a period of 10 minutes and then attempt to login again. This error can occur in moments of extraordinarily high login volumes.

    I've been logging in and out on both PC megaservers since 7am US MDT without any issues at all. Not even queues on EU.

    I was able to log in to my "Error 103" account from a different computer. I logged out, came back to my main PC (PCNA) and am connected with no problem.

    It almost feels that my account got in a funky state. That is a technical term, by the way.

    On PC NA I was placed into a queue for 7 seconds. It froze at 2 and timed out. The second attempt put me in the queue for 2 seconds and successfully transitioned to loading me into the game.
