I know we don't have to pay them... but the thing is I don't mind paying for a game I enjoy and that has good customer service.
I don't think this is good customer service for the majority of EU players, though to be honest, this alone isn't a big enough issue to make me quit or drop ESO+. BUT it is a constant annoyance to have maintenance on a Monday during the day, especially when it falls on a bank holiday.
I don't think it's too much to ask that EU players get the same consideration as players in the US.
