Character fell through the world in Cyrodiil

Title pretty much sums it up,
I fell through the world in Cyrodiil so I can't fast travel or /stuck.
I can't open a ticket for help because I drop/disconnect before I can fill it all out.
Every re-log puts me in the same place.
It makes no sense why the /stuck command doesn't work in Cyrodiil >.> I get they don't want abuse but when people are actually stuck they get shafted?
