Elemental Catalyst and destro staves

For now, Elemental Catalyst does not apply Elemental Weakness from summoned creatures, just like Bahsei (set) did not affect pets before
If dev team decides to shift destro staves from their niches to more common and variative use, it would be advisable to fix this set as well
So necro-catalysters could have more backbar options to uptime Fire Weakness, not only fire staff
