Completed quests reverted to uncompleted

Hello,
I recently noticed that some of my quests were reverted to uncompleted status (blacked on the minimap), and the quest givers aren't at the locations so I would be able to re-do the quests. I have all my addons disabled. Some examples:
- Isobel companion (you can see her with me infront of Gonfalon gaming hall):
Yet the location where I unlocked her as a companion is stated as uncompleted:
- Tales of tribute:
Proof I had done the quest:
Yet I can't play:
And the quest giver isn't there (as you can see in the first picture) so I could just redo the said quest.
As someone who would like to complete the map, it's very frustrating, since quests have been reverted on whole world, not just one province. For example public dungeons, regular dungeons, random cities, main questlines in a province... some more examples:
Auridon main questline:
Ruins of mazzatun:
And yes, I know that achievements are account wide, so I could complete them on another character, so here is something to link the face to the achievements.
Is there a way to "un-revert" the quests? The skillpoints that I would get with completing the dungeon quests have all stayed on my character.

loosej✭✭✭✭This bug has been around for a while now. No official acknowledgments from zos on the forums, and no timeline for a fix so far.

The same thing has happened to me and multiple other people and besides responses from customer support that offer nothing concrete, we've gotten no acknowledgement from ZOS that they're close to fixing this or view it with any kind of priority.
