Will the Scalecaller Peak combat bug be fixed to go with the changes to combat porting from dungeons

With the changes to "combat porting" from dungeon instances that will prevent being able to teleport out of a dungeon instance while in combat, will the bug at the end of Scalecaller Peak be fixed so that players can teleport out of the dungeon once it is completed?

For reference, the following taken from the PTS patch notes:

@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_Kevin @ZOS_BrianWheeler @ZOS_Gilliam Currently on the live servers there is a bug in the Scalecaller Peak 4-man dungeon where after completing the dungeon, and beating the final boss, players remain stuck in combat until they either jump off the cliff or port out of the instance. Even using the portal to go back to the dungeon entrance simply teleports the player back to the final boss room after a few seconds with the following message: "Joining Encounter in Progress".

Considering that the change to porting in combat as shown in the screenshot taken from the v9.0.1 patch notes, combat and abilities section under general, that is being proposed for U39, that will prevent being able to exit dungeon instances while in combat, will this bug be fixed so that players will no longer be stuck in combat once they complete the dungeon and can port out upon completing this dungeon or are they going to be forced to jump off the cliff to kill themselves and exit the dungeon this way?

    This and many other situations where players get stuck in combat - are they all fixed too?
    What is the experience improvement that preventing players leaving an instance while in combat brings?
    It has a huge downside of preventing players from avoiding countless ZoS bugs, and issues. Such as preventing a quick reset when the game kicks someone randomly when attempting trifecta achievements.

    This will be an issue in trials as in my post about this as sometimes in trials when we wipe as a group we all get stuck in combat. The only way to continue to work on the trial is to leave instance and port back into the trial this will make trial runs when the bug occurs much more irritating once again. For this has been an issue for years leave instance was a quick fix to the issue in hand. This bug has happened in many other dungeons to such as unhollowed grave on a side boss. Then there is volenfell where we are put into combat due to the skeleton cutscene remain there so those doing the quests will get everyone stuck in combat force us to leave the dungeons manually when grouped. Then there is the concern on how we farm stuff in the game these days such as brp runs where most groups leave instance to avoid the boss fight and reset the arena.

    Yup Volenfell has been bugged for years.

    vSS quite often has the issue where when there is a wipe on the last boss nobody rez's, the game is stuck in combat and the only way out is for people 1 at a time to leave the instance. That has been bugged I think since the trial came out.

    This is and anti-QOL change.

    I don't think QOL was considered at all in regards to this particular change. It's a punitive nerf, and will only infuriate people with no way to remove themselves from stuck in combat (as a direct result of an unfixed bug) any more.

    I guess we just have to force close the game now to be able to leave a bugged instance 🥲
