The Elder Scrolls Online v9.1.1 includes a few fixes for combat abilities and item sets, additional quest fixes across the game, a number of fixes for furnishings and some crashes, and more. The size of this patch is approximately 3.38GB.

Event Testing: Secrets of the Telvanni
What sorts of devious and inadvisable shenanigans have the Telvanni gotten up to this time? Find out what one particular family did to curse itself this time through the new (but not mandatory) introductory quests, and in the process earn special rewards from Necrom chapter daily quests or from exploring the chapter and its eldritch locations.

• These parcels can contain valuable materials, style items, zone set items, furnishings, or Companion gear if you have Azandar or Sharp active when they are opened.
  • Either quality of the special event-related Telvanni reward boxes has a chance to drop a tradeable style page of the new Explorers of Apocrypha armor style.
• The first Necrom daily quest or Sanity's Edge trial weekly quest you complete per account, per day, awards you 2 Event Tickets and a gold-quality reward parcels with a better chance of higher quality rewards.
• Necrom daily quests have their normal reward boxes doubled and harvest nodes in both the Telvanni Peninsula and Apocrypha have an improved yield. Necrom world and delve bosses, along with any boss in the Sanity's Edge trial, drop additional loot.
• The Impresario has bound versions of the Explorers of Apocrypha armor style pages for 5 tickets each, in addition to all three fragments of the Passion Dancer Garment morphing collectible outfit for 10 tickets each.

• Fixed an issue where the Master Writ Furnishings themselves were placed in the Quality of Life Recipe Envelope rather than their recipes.
• Corrected the name for the Daedric Mirror, Nightmareish from Mirror of the Weaver.
• Kindred's Concord and Clan Dreamcarver crafting motifs are now automatically unlocked for new PTS template characters.  
• Added additional descriptions to several Outfit Style containers available on the PTS Template to note that, if you have already collected all Outfit Styles in the container, it may not contain anything for your character to unlock.
• Hermaeus Mora's Compendious Library on the PTS Template now also includes Grahtwood Lorebooks.

General

• Fixed an issue that prevented Break Free from properly granting Crowd Control immunity after the original Crowd Control was removed.
• Fixed an issue where the following abilities would cause you to unsheathe your weapon when slotting, entering a new zone, or relogging, and also fixed an issue where casting the active versions of these abilities would fail to cause your weapons to unsheathe.

Arcanist

  • Remedy Cascade: Fixed an issue where the aim assist feature for the Stamina versions of this ability and its morphs would attempt to lock onto enemies rather than allies.  Stamina builds confirmed rebels?

Dungeon Sets

• Azureblight Reaper:
  • Fixed an issue where this set’s damage was only hitting the initial target, rather than all nearby enemies of the explosion.
  • Increased the base damage of this set's explosion by approximately 6%.
  • Increased the bonus damage per target to 30%, up from 10%, and increased the cap of the damage bonus to 180%, up from 100%.
  Developer Comment:
  In our first pass of adjusting this set for performance reasons, we added a scaling mechanic in hopes that the set still shined in area intense fights, but that introduced the fact that the set could no longer Critically Strike, harming its potential. To make up for this, we've made some adjustments that should allow the set to be roughly the same power as it was when hitting 5 targets, and getting a slight buff when you're hitting 6 or more.

Overland Sets

• Fixed an issue where the Shadow of the Red Mountain and Way of Fire item sets activated off of Tri Focus’s Inferno’s damage over time proc.

General

• Bastian's potent potions now correctly grant the following combat buffs and resources:  
  • Bastian's Potent Health now correctly grants Health, Magicka, Major Intellect and Major Fortitude
  • Bastian's Potent Magicka now correctly grants Magicka, Major Sorcery and Major Intellect
  • Bastian's Potent Stamina now correctly grants Stamina, Major Brutality and Major Endurance

Quests

• The Lost Symbol: Fixed an issue where grouped players could block one another when confronting Kiv.

• Winning more than one ranked or unranked Tribute match now gives the correct amount of XP.
• Adept, Expert and Grand Master ranked Tribute NPCs will now take their actions more quickly.

Achievements

• Recategorized some motif achievements to appear in the main category.

Quests

• Keeper of Fate: Updated the quest boss Plague-Gusher to include missing boss abilities.
• Dream of Apocrypha: Fixed an issue where your quest would not properly advance when collecting the Tear of Hyrma Mora.  
• Conclave of Fate:
  • Fixed an issue where the vial in Tel Huulen would remain interactable after you had already investigated it.
  • Fixed an issue where you could not interact with the Black Book in the Shrine of Vaermina.

World Events

• Reduced the health and damage output of Herald’s Seekers in the Apocrypha and Telvanni Peninsula zones.

• Fixed an issue where Battleground leaderboards would not calculate rank correctly and would show scores out of order.

General

• Fixed an issue where group mount passengers could be seen riding on the ground without a visible mount.

Animation

• Fixed an issue that could cause odd animations when under the effects of movement speed bonuses or penalties.

General

• Hoarfrost, Takubar Trader and Pyroclast, Infernace Conservator assistants can now be summoned in Trials.

• Fixed some typos in the display name for the following outfit styles:
  • Kindred's Concord Greatsword
  • Kindred's Concord Battle Axe

Achievements

• Modified some of the wording for Mythic-related achievements.
• Improved some achievement icons to stand out better.
• Adjusted achievements referring to "Launderer" to instead say "Larcenist".

Furnishings

• Fixed an issue where a furniture item placed by the house owner would sometimes not correctly show up in a visitor’s furniture list.
• Fixed some issues with name mismatches for the following recipes:
  • Praxis: Necrom Funerary Recess, Stone was displaying as Praxis: Necrom Nook, Stone incorrectly.
  • Sketch: Daedric Mirror, Nightmarish was displaying as Sketch: Mirror of the Weaver incorrectly.
• Fixed an issue with the "Dwarven Door, Bronze" recipe where it was calling for Daedra Hearts instead of the intended Style Ingredient, the Arkthzand Sprocket.
• Fixed the default alignment for the following furnishings to make them easier to align and be walked up without precision edits.
  • Necrom Stairway, Stone
  • Necrom Stairs, Outer Corner Stone
  • Necrom Stairs, Inner Corner Stone
• Fixed an issue with the "Necrom Door, Large Metal" where it was displaying a black box around it.
• Fixed an issue where your character would sink into the underside of the "Necrom Floor, Trimmed" furnishing.
• Fixed seams, floating texture artefacts and holes on the "Necrom Archway, Stone" furnishing.
• Fixed some small gaps, flickering, and texture oddities on the "Necrom Monolith, Stone" furnishing.
• Fixed some issues with the "Necrom Wall, Corner Stone" furnishing where your character could sink into the top of the structure above the knee, as well as a couple of holes in the trim when observed from the back.
• Fixed an issue with the "Necrom Doorway, Tall" furnishing where you could walk inside the center of the wall portions if you entered from the shorter sides.
• Fixed some texture flickering and oddities on the underside of the “Necrom Doorway, Tall” furnishing.

Homes

• Fixed various gaps and seams in Kelesan'ruhn.
• Fixed various clipping and flickering issues in Shadow Queen's Labyrinth.

General

• Fixed a crash caused by Daedric Sacrifices in Dragonstar Arena.
• Fixed a rare crash related to audio.
• Fixed a crash that could occur when trying to render certain areas or load into the same areas of Reaper's March.
• Fixed a crash that could occur when a specific skill was used in the vicinity.

Craglorn

• The Seeker's Archive: Fixed an issue where leaving the base of Hermaeus Mora's statue and coming back, or being outside of the room when the scene begins, could prevent interaction with the statue for around 30 seconds each time you approached the statue's base.

Grahtwood

• Moved an Alchemy node that was spawning inside a tree.

Stonefalls

• An Unwanted Twin: Fixed an issue where the idol couldn't be used on Tiril after an associated fix.

General

• Edit boxes will now lose focus, and not gain focus, when the game client itself is not focused.
  • For example, if you launch ESO and switch to another program, the Username and Password fields will no longer indicate that typing will enter text into them. (No longer share your password with all your friends thinking you're entering it in ESO!)
• When laundering items in the keyboard UI, items with 0 cost will now correctly display 0 for their laundering cost.
• Fixed a UI error when interacting with social lists.
• Removed the ability to try and add a locked house to favorites from the right-click context in the keyboard Collections UI.
• Fixed an issue where the audio for a group ready check starting would play every time a group member responded if you hadn't yet.

Added note on Azureblight Reaper: Fixed an issue where this set could build up stacks with non damage over time effects such as Flurry or Puncturing Strikes.
