Ghosts of Westtry Bugged

This quest is bugged at the "listen to" step, even after the emergency maintenance. Also, the scroll you normally interact with at the base of the stairs cannot be clicked on (I think this might have something to do with the event not triggering). Any eta on a fix?

Hopefully it will get fixed soon. It only seems to be a handful of quests. Much better than the previous beta.

Some sort of official "Hey this is being looked at" would be great. I can tell you that I got the zone achievement without it.
