The destruction staff changes are weird for the fire staff. If I'm reading it correctly with 1 of the 2 passives spent the DoT happens over 10 seconds and with 2 passives spent it happens over 20 seconds? so the best case scenario for a flame staff is only 1 passive spent instead of 2 so the damage happens faster!? So they should make it 20 seconds with 1 passive spent and 10 seconds with 2 passives spent. They should also make the DoT not refresh with each heavy attack, or make it stack 2-3 times to ramp damage for HA builds...once it hit max stacks it should not refresh the DoT.
