Why don't we have these as furnshings anymore?

As the title said, why don't we have these aviabale as furnishings anymore?

sure they are low poly so odds are they would need a remake to be up to modern standards, but at the very least they should be re-added in one form or another, along with almost every other removed furnshing on this List

According to the page you cited these aren't furnishings which used to be available, they're ones which were datamined but never implemented - there never was a way for players to get them.

There's any number of reasons that can happen. Maybe someone doesn't think the model is good enough, but it could also be that they converted a whole batch of objects to furnishings together, always intending to pick ones to use, or someone decided there's too many similar furnishings already and wants to space out adding new ones or something like that.

(One analogy for game design I like is decorating a house - if someone puts up swatches of 5 colours then picks 2 to paint the whole room with you wouldn't say they cut 3 colours from the final design - but often anything which doesn't make it to release in a game gets called cut content.)

Importantly though because they're not items which were available and then were removed those items could appear in the game at some point in future. As you can see from the Notes column some were added under a different name. Also Orcish Figurine, Bear and Orcish Figurine, Mammoth were on that list for years before finally being made available, so it could happen for others as well.

I wonder when Elsweyr Canopy, Peaked will be available again. That is something we have had, but is now gone.

Was a furnishing crown store exclusive, but one day it suddenly vanished from there without a word and hasn't returned

I want this green light. Saw it in a Vvardenfell tent.



Well..........at least we can craft some Hlaalu salt lamps, for the table.

The TRUE missing furnishing item is actually from the Holiday Furnisher. That item being:

Witch's Festival Plunder Skulls, which you can see here:

For some odd reason this item was removed a while ago, and in it's place we now have: https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:Stablemaster's_Sign,_Small

Which if you ask me, should have been given to the horse trainer.

Sure thing. While you're at it, you could probably try different light sources to get the results that you're looking for.

I use Hlaalu Salt Lamps inside the lanterns. Then you can get red, green, or blue. For some colors, you'll want to experiment with turning the lantern itself on or off to see which looks better.
