Ignored -> Edit Note - bugged

It happened after completing Darkshade Caverns II for a second time in a row, if it matters.
I added to "Ignored" a player who queued as tank w/o taunt ability or did not use it. And added a note to that player.
But now I cannot edit this and other Ignored player's notes. I can edit notes on Friends list in a same time.
I have ca 20 ppl on Ignored and ca 8 with notes, when clicking on any Edit buttons, opens a popup but always for the same player pa...... , not for the player I wish to edit note.
