Question about playing with two different accounts on two different PCs in one household

Hi, I am considering to start playing ESO again, and my wife also got into gaming lately and wants to try it too. Now I already have a copy of the game and an account from the past and obviously I know, that if she creates hers account, she needs to buy another copy of the game for that account.

But what I want to know is, if it is safe to play on two different accounts, two different PCs and two separate copies of the game, but on one IP adress in one household? I have read some unclear answers in the past discussions here on the forums, so I am rather asking if we can play simulaneously without risking any bans etc.?

Well, many people use multiple accounts for themselfs on same machine and I heard about many couples which plays ESO together so I really doubt it that there will be any problem there.

For a while there were 3 people playing on 3 accounts across 2 PCs at my house, and it was never a problem. There are even people who buy multiple accounts for themselves and play them all on the same computer.

What you can't do is botting - log into multiple accounts (on one computer or different ones) and use software or hardware to control them all at once so all the characters move and attack together.

Ok thanks for the answers, I assumed it would be fine. Just read some weird answers on this topic here on the forums, so I figured I rather ask.

Yep. It' s perfectly fine. My son and his wife play from two different PC's on their own accounts together.

We have 4 different accounts playing from 3-4 different devices in my household. It's fine.

    Greetings,

After further review we have decided to move this thread to a category we think is more appropriate for this topic, as it's about an account question.

    Thank you for your understanding

You can indeed have multiple game accounts, but each account must have a separate UserID and be linked to a separate e-mail address. As the OP's question has now been answered, we are going to close the thread going forward.
