Can't get Transmutation to work- SOLVED

First time i'm trying this...

i DID research the trait, it registers are being researched when i go to the crafting table.

However, when i go to the transmutation station, it is locked and says i need to research it.

So lost here.

Each individual item needs its own traits researched, it does not cover all, its very type specific. Say you researched Infused on One-Handed Sword, try to reconstruct/transmute Infused on a Two-Handed Sword won't work because its not the exact same item. It also has to be on that specific character that is using the transmute station, if you did the trait research on a different character it doesn't carry over.

Ya have to research every trait for every piece of armor or weapon. It takes over six months to do all the crafting trait research for every item. Do you know for sure you have the trait learned for the specific item you want to transmute? i.e.- training heavy chest is different than training trait for medium chest.
