Sharo-as-Night Rapport not progressing, stuck at Cordial

Sharp is now at level 18, my rapport with that Companion is stuck at Cordial, and have had no prompts for his personal Quests.

My main toon is used to level him up, can't speak for my alts at this time I'm not there yet, as each toon needs to build it's won rapport.

How can this situation be resolves so I can have him progress to companion?

Are you doing the two things he really likes, the Necrom world boss dailies and the Ashlander dailies in Vvardenfell?

Rapport is independent of level, so it’s quite possible to get him to max level without getting above Cordial. There are lists of what he likes posted here on the forums and elsewhere online, but it only takes one day of those two big rapport boosters to get to his first personal quest and then a couple of days more to reach the next one, etc.

That did it, did the Necrom world boss and got to friendly and the first quest.
