Hello. My ESO account is linked to my Steam account. On my ESo account i have Greymoor chapter (which shows in profile page) and on my Steam account i have High Isle chapter. I purpchased Necrom Standart edition upgrade throught Steam. But i have a problem - when i log into game game says that i dont have Necrom DLC. Game does not recognizes that i have bought it.
Why? I have bought ESO+ 1 day ago through Steam and its works fine. Why Necrom DLC does not?


Support replied to me and sked proof of necrom DLC purpchase. I replied back with proofs and after that 5 days of complete silence

    If you initially started ESO without Steam, I.E. using the ESO Launcher to play the game THEN decided to hop in Steam and buy DLCs, Expansions, etc....basically they are two separate accounts.

    This has been an issue for years. Steam is not the way to play ESO i.m.o. since you have to have Steam running properly just to get into ESO.

    Hope you can get your purchase refunded or applied to your ESO account properly.

    I didnt have any problem with High isle that ive bought from steam in october 2022. Only with Necrom

    Still no answer from support. Well, i have to fix it by myself.
    I downloaded steam client and logged into a game using steam. And BOOM that worked. Now i have necrom on my account.

    FYI, Independence Day Holiday is on Tuesday and many times employees will take Monday off to make a nice 4-day weekend, leaving companies with only a small team working.
