Is there a quest after Bloodthorn Assassins in that line?

How frusttrating about the lost skillpoint Went into the castle, killed a nearly endless stream of assassins plus their boss, the quest cleared itself & I did not even got a "saved the king" shirt.

My larger concern is the quest achievement. If starting the questline without getting the connecting quest bars you from getting the connecting quest (which is does), does it prevent you from getting the Glenumbra quests achievement? Which is completing 61 quests in Glenumbra.
