Can't launch the game

Starting this morning, I can't launch the game. The game crashes immediately. Repaired the game, emptied whole AddOns folder - nothing helps. PC/EU. Starting directly via eso64.exe or via Launcher, doesn't matter. Administrative launch doesn't help.
