Psijic portals only dropping runes in Necrom

Has been my experience so far too, but I've only opened 2 or 3, so wasn't sure if it was bad rng

I have two accounts one with necrom and the other without, no portals on necrom but still popping on the alt acct. Somethings not right.

This happens every time there is a new zone. I am not sure the ones in Galen ever got fixed, all I get are runes there.

I can confirm: psijic portals in Necrom give only 3 runes. if I found a runestone it would give me the same loot, or maybe more! I've found 4/5 psijic portals in Telvanni Peninsula /Apocrypha and... only 3 runes each.
