If game performance is really bad a player might need a new PC. I had one. Alienware Aurora R10 with an RTX 3060. Played the game smoothly no matter where I was or what I was doing. Problem with Alienware is they don't last. They burn out after 2 or 3 months. I got rid of it as is for 300 bucks at a computer repair shop and used the money to buy an HP All in One Computer. A major step down. I had to mess around with the game settings to find what was optimal to play in on this PC. Everything is off with Textures and Subsampling set to medium. Granted not the best looking picture but it plays just fine. If you are having performance issues in certain areas of the game you might want to lower your settings until you find what is optimal for you. As I understand it Latency is an internet problem with the servers. Not much you can do about that and if the game is over crowded at the time Latency will be high. FPS though can be increased by lowering your settings which will help smooth out game play under most circumstances. From personal experience with high and low end PCs the game's minimum and recommended specs are way too low.
