I'm stuck with Mannimarco's spell "Overwhelming Power".

I just did the level 20 prophet quest, and Mannimarco bugged out during the fight. I thought I'd be stuck there, but I could eventually talk to Abnar. However, I've finished the quest and I'm outside, but now it seems I'm permanently stuck with this debilitating spell that slows me to a crawl and it doesn't appear to want to go away. This is terrible, please help.

Also tried to submit a ticket and talk to a rep, and every time I've done this, I'm forced to sit in that "waiting for person" screen. If I touch anything, it kicks me out and messes it up. I tried to do this yesterday for another bug and ended up sending two tickets that weren't replied to for HOURS. I sincerely hope it does not take that long to get rid of this.

It clears away if you die. Perhaps you can take all your clothes off and unequip your weapon (so they don't take damage) and go for a nude swim! Then you will get the achievement for being killed by slaughterfish and clear off the debuff at the same time

You can also use /stuck to clear it.

That was my experience as well on finishing the lvl 20 main story quest.
/stuck worked for me to rid me of the horrifically slow condition.
Although it was pretty funny riding my horse and seeing people run past me, or stop and stare and wonder what the hell I was doing.
