I'm missing my pre-order bonuses for Necrom

I didn't receive any of my pre-order bonuses that should have come with the digital deluxe upgrade, I got the mail but none of the pre-order bonuses were attached to it.

The only pre-order bonuses I did receive was the exp scroll and treasure maps.

Edit: my pre-order bonuses have finally been added to my collections, when I logged in my collections menu had the icon next to it showing that they have finally been added. I don't know if it's something the devs did or if there was some delay with getting my pre-order bonuses. Also I did read somewhere that relogging fixed this issue for others but it didn't seem to work for me, I did it twice and it didn't change a thing.

So what I am trying to say is I don't know what fixed the issue for me and I think it would be worth keeping in mind that there could be something wrong in the game.

    They're automatically added to your collections instead of being attached to your mail.

    Try relogging - there's a thread somewhere about this and relooging fixed it for most.
