I don't worship, even if the "Gods" were real.

With that said, Azurah is the only Daedric Prince that actually cares for her followers, genuinely. She's as close to Chaotic Good as they can get, and won't throw you to the wolves if you don't cross her.

A serious answer probably isn't expected, but if it was, different factors would have to be taken into consideration: Cultural upbringing, family/clan/folk traditions, education, personal knowledge and experiences,...

Say, if I was born into an ordinary, maybe even poor, Khajiiti family living in rural Anequina, what would they have taught me about religion, what would I know about the world? If I had never received higher education and never travelled farther than to the next village, would I even be able to question what they've told me?

What if I was born a Skaal? Or what if my family was Breton and my father a priest of Mara? What if I was the son of an Indoril? And what if it was an eccentric Telvanni instead?

I'm not saying people can't form their own opinions. But to form opinions, we need both knowledge and experiences.

It's easy to say "i'm so badass i'd worship mehrunes dagon of course" or to claim to be areligious in a world where basically everyone has some kind of religious belief. But how probable would it be, really?

That aside - and going down my usual "Tribunal era Telvanni by birth" rp route, I would probably have been grown up with a Tribunal shrine at home. My family would officially be Tribunal worshippers, although it would be common knowledge that ASV aren't real gods. I probably wouldn't really worship them, but I can see my Dunmer self acknowledging what they did for the Dunmeri people - and what they personally achieved as individuals. Especially as a Telvanni, that could be something to aspire to ;) I probably would have been impressed when reading this in some Temple tractate: "The old gods are cruel and arbitrary, and distant from the hopes and fears of mer. Your age is past. We are the new gods, born of the flesh, and wise and caring of the needs of our people", basically seeing it as a story of self-empowerment. Irl, I found John Milton's Paradise Lost quite inspiring when I read it for the first time when I was 13 or 14 or so, btw.

I'm myself not religious but I try to not make a religion out of it. I have no problem with diving in high fantasy fiction.

If supernatural entities were to proven exist in real life, I'd adjust my position according to facts revealed. (For example I find it improbable that a real godlike being woild want worship or care what humans believe.)

For a more serious answer, well it would depend if it's me-me or a Tamriel me.

Me in real life is as unreligious as one can be, not a fan of it. But Tamriel is very different from real life, for one, gods are without a doubt real and does things regularly, so being atheist is pretty dumb there. Meaning Tamriel-me would definitely be religious to some degree. Who I would worship is hard to tell because that would be influenced a lot on what culture I grew up in, my childhood, the people I spent time with it, events I went through etc. Any deity is possile.

[Lie] Of course! I don't even worship Daedra!

    The Hist
During the afternoon of Loredas, 6 Sun’s Dawn 2e578 a big piece of Aetherius fell to Nirn. It was the first major piece of Aetherius to fall on Nirn in more than five hundred years. It scattered around the world as millions of shards. It was rapidly documented by Lady Cinnabar of Taneth in her pamphlet Aetherial Fragments that "... when three shards meet, they re-form into a silvery prism by unknown process and confer the power unlocked by the merger to a nearby being." The Order of the Black Worm, commonly known as the Worm Cult, reappeared in Tamriel shortly thereafter and some of its members are avidly searching said shards.
In the last week of First Seed 2e579, an arcane explosion occurred in the Imperial City — a night of storms, and trembling terrain. They named it the "Soulburst". That day Emperor Varen Aquilarios disappeared without a trace. His wife, Clivia Tharn, ascended to the Ruby Throne as Empress Regent under the guidance of the Necromancer Mannimarco. Ushering a time of increased instability within the Empire of Cyrodiil which finally grew into “The Three Banners War”.
