Twitch Drops (Ouroboros Crates) - official information for 2023?

I can't find any info on the official site about Twitch drops in 2023. Only outdated pages. E.g. a Bethesda page that says watch 15 mins to get a crate - not true, it's 1 hour according to the popup on the Twitch stream itself.

The best source I've found is 3rd party: https://eso-hub.com/en/twitch-drops
But it doesn't say how often you can get crates. Is it every day? Weekly? Once per event? – If the latter, how long is the current "event"?

None of this is posted on the official site. The "Twitch Drops Schedule" at the bottom isn't updated. Streamer drops are live right now, but it doesn't say anything. https://www.elderscrollsonline.com/en-us/streamers

I tried searching elderscrollsonline.com for any 2023 info; impossible since there's no way to filter by date. So I did a Google site-search by date, also not great because search results labeled, for example, "8 days ago" take you to a page from 2019. The latest official articles are from 2022 for specific events, not general info for streams.

The crates are expensive enough as it is. Then there are these hurdles to even getting a few meager gems from these junk crates. It would help to have a single, official, updated source of info.
