Gathering bugged quest data

I am going to post all the bugged quests that I ran into and any reliable work around that I found. There are two goals: inform other players of the bug so they are prepared and dont waste too much time on these and provide the devs a comprehensive list. Feel free to contribute. Also remember to submit a bug report for each quest in game.

Faction: Daggerfall Covenant
1. Mission: Bloodthorn Assassin
Description: The suspicious crates won't spawn.
Work around: No reliable work around. People reported relogging working for them. Didn't work for me. Tried relogging over 20 times.

2. Mission: The Ghost of Westtry
Description: During the phase where you are supposed to watch the conversation between Rosalind and Leon, Leon never spawned.
Work around: No reliable work around found. Relogging didn't work. Tried 10 times.

3. Mission: Mastering the Talisman
Description: In the phase where you are supposed to put the talisman in the revealing pool to force the daedra out of the talisman, I can not interact with the pool.
Work around: None. Tried the usual: relogging, restarting quest, /reloadui. Nothing worked.

4. Mission: Spindleclutch
Description: The NPC Praxxun (or whatever the name is) refused to follow us inside the cave.
Work around: Hard to try anything with a group of 4. So I just abandoned group and joined a new one.

5. Mission: Crosswych Reclaimed
Description: Steneris Gelvis wont spawn.
Work around: 1 relog didnt work. Didn't try anything else. Lost patience (3 quests in log all three bugged)

Mission : Restoring the Guardians

Summoning Blaze and Ragebinder bugged

No workaround, reload UI, relog x10 and abandon and retake quest x 3 all failed.

Relogging worked for Mastering the Talisman. Took a couple attempts but I was able to complete it despite initially running into the bug.

I was able to finish every quest in Glenumbra including the ones you mentioned but except for this one I quoted, nobody is there to talk or listen too, it's a shame, I really want to complete that quest being a completist and all :P

But the other ones you mentioned I did have trouble with and bloodthorn assassin wasn't spawning earlier in the day yesterday but midnight that night they kept spawning in a box every 30 seconds so I was finally able to finish it when I seen people telling everybody the quest was fixed.

The mastering the talisman fixed after a relog but I don't think I was on the same part you were, the part I was on was the first quest to turn it in, she didn't show up so I relogged and there she was, hopefully they get to fixing these though.

re-logging isn't working. Trying this for 2 days now.

I think it might help to understand what Relogging does.

My understanding is that although this is a Mega server, it actually is multiple servers which handle the load, when you log on you get a server at random all part of the overall world "Mega Server"

When you log out and in you shift from server to server the idea being that you land on a server where it is not bugged. for the most part this worked in the Beta the actual game may have a lot more people on the server and more chance that the buggy quests are bugged on that server.

I guess after 20x attempts at logging its a good sign that you are either extremely unlucky or that it is bugged on most if not all servers.
