Will ZoS ever touch ult abilities that have bitten the dust or show abysmall usage stats?

4 years that consuming darkness is rated the worst ultimate for any role/condition being fully replacable with either a slotted skill (in term of caster benefit) or another ult that's also cheaper to cast and do way more

So bad most players dont even known it exist

What Ult do you consider dead weight that should get looked into by ZoS?

    I feel veil is the only ultimate that is hot garbage. Maybe the aedric spear one too. But I do think every other ultimate is really solid depending on the content. I haven’t used it too much but the glyphic of arcanist could maybe do with a buff of about 300 extra damage because it really isn’t worth using over warhorn.

    Veil is a morph of consuming darkness while I didnt specified "and morphs" the entire ult and its variant are equaly worhtless in any situation with veil being the better one becasue it does some damage instead of nothing

    Pretty sure wardens blizzard ult is in a similar spot, its moslty a 10s snare whith potential to freeze enemies, damage is really mediocre though but unlike veil it folows you around so you can at least make it count whereas veil is a "dodge once to get out of it and negate it entirely"

    The healing ults are kinda garbage IMO. They're somewhat useful in PVP in a big group, but even then, because they are halved by battle spirit, they're really limited in effectiveness. And in PVE, you rarely need that massive level of healing, and they don't let you survive one-shot mechanics. IMO, I'd really like them to rethink healing ultimates altogether and come up with a better concept for them. Are they intended to be more desirable in PVP? Then buff their healing output in PVP or make them not subject to battle spirit (and give them a corresponding cost increase). If they're intended to be useful in PVE, then make them stronger and let them give you a chance at surviving one-shot mechanics for X number of players standing within a small radius of the healer.

    Otherwise, I'd just like to see them changed to something that is more useful overall. Something that gives an instant 50% resource refresh to your group, haste to double movement speed and the number of attacks per second you can achieve over a short duration, or a Cleansing Pool that lasts for 10 seconds that cleanses all negative effects and prevents you from incurring additional debuffs. Any of these would probably be more useful in PVP/PVE

    Battle spirit is just an health buff. %50 thing just makes health numbers closer to PvE setups.

    I doubt they even know what metrics are. They never talk about or share usage stats.

    Rebecca Ford on the other hand is commonly sharing stats with WF's community, and they actually go back and try to buff unused stuff at least. Here nothing gets looked at until it becomes a problem or someone's fanciful interest.
