Ordered pre-purchace deluxe didn't get it
Honestly I don't even know how to go about this anymore or how much of this is steam vs eso but I contacted steam they immediately said contact you. I tried putting in a ticket only got the automated email and was told to replay within four days if it wasn't resolved, it wasn't. I sent an email within the time period for it to resend the four day email. Emailed back when it still wasn't resolved to get the this email chain is closed but message in the forums.
So here I am I pre-purchased necrom deluxe and got well just part of it, I checked to see if I just messed up but I was charged the cost for deluxe and not just the pre-purchase. I've been being sent in circles trying to get this resolved and really want to just get this dealt with
