✭✭✭✭✭About the only things I use are the Fang Lair light, Bosmer light, and Scorianite Gladiator. I used to have a couple of guys in Sai Sahan jack and - ugh, what? - mazzatun maybe? But I changed all my guys to females and then changed their looks.
Dead-Water is "fairly bare" (I know there's 2 different ones but I'm not in game right now so I don't know which one it is - I can update tomorrow).

✭Sai Shan, Second Seed, Draugr, and Crimson Oath would allow you to display your neck. But, with the number of vampires in Tamriel it's not a path I'd advise or take personally for regular apparel.6 -

Well, the Second Seed Raiment https://eso.mmo-fashion.com/second-seed-raiment/ is one of my favorites as there is a lot of space around the neck.
