Crash to desktop / Actual crashs since necrom patch

Hey everyone, not sure if this has been happening to anyone else. But since necrom's patch I have been experiencing CTDs(Crash to desktops). Literally out of the blue, game will just disappear and I'll have to re-launch the game. No crash report, nothing. When I open the game up and get INTO the client right after a CTD it'll say "Unexpected Internal Error has occurred". After about 3-4mins(assuming my account needs to log itself out) it will let me back in.

After a few CTDs the game will eventually actually crash with a crash report.

Currently running a "repair" to hopefully get this fixed. But just in case this doesn't has anyone else have this happen to them?
