Wasn't really sure where to put this, but I was wondering what is, according to customer service, the best way to report gold sellers in game?
I pretty much reported (with screenshot), chose "other" and wrote 'Gold Seller' as the reason and then ignored the account, but I got all kinds of email spam later with replies (a standard reply) and one reply I got didn't seem to understand what I was really reporting and kind of not useful

Greetings!

Players can report spam in game by using the in-game support portal:
Click on F1 to open the Help menu, or select the question mark (?) in the top right corner of the in-game UI.
Click on the icon of a head wearing a microphone to contact Customer Support.
Describe the issue using the support request form.
Submit the ticket.
Thank you for your continued interest and support!
Warm Regards,

While replies are truly great as they are rare in companies like this nowadays, I can't help but feel it also wastes a bit of time from the one replying in this particular issue.
I'm wondering if there is a way that would better help customer service (would like to hear from them directly) when reporting this issue? What would be the preferred method?
I also got this message for all the other replies which conflicts with the other email and suggests to keep on doing the way I am:

Thank you for your report. We will investigate this matter and take the appropriate action. You will not be informed of results of the investigation. Thanks for supporting the Elder Scrolls Online.
I am also suggesting creating "Selling In Game Items/Currency for Real World Currency" (or similar) as a simple drop down option on reporting (would be even better if this were just a drop down option on a name right-click).
That way customer service doesn't have to waste time replying to me as this unfortunately is an issue that is every 3-5 minutes in chat despite IGNORING the account (and I imagine will only get worse as this was just the first 2 days of early access).
A lot of people aren't even bothering to report simply because the act takes too much time and I agree that it is much easier just to ignore the account than bother going through the process of reporting.
I am very aware that this problem will never go away (especially as long as there is a market for it), but I just want to know if there can be a better way to help with reporting and suggest streamlining the report option for this issue.
Thanks!
Assassination/ Dual Wield Specced Stamina-based Nightblade, because I like Hardmode apparently
