No sound when removing handbills after patch

I get no sound when "pulling" the handbills from the daily crafting announcement boards after the Necrom patch, even with Add-Ons disabled. I seem to recall a sound before. Feature? Bug? Is it worth chancing a repair to have that fixed and something else break?

✭✭Go to settings, interface, and turn automatic quest tracking on. It's a new setting. The audio cue for quest pickup will return.1 -
