"Sliding" effect when changing direction in Necrom patch

It's getting really annoying and some Necrom main story quest in Apocrypha tends to be impossible.
Just try to fishtail on tiny path while fighting, and you're almost 100% chance of falling and dying before reaching half of the way through.
For now this makes me regretting buying Necrom.

I appreciate hearing the ESO team is testing to fix this. I would love to see a solution one day. But the problem has been going on for too long. I keep sliding off keep walls and stairs and into enemy PvP players who have the advantage and simply move as they should while get jumped trying to change direction. I can't justify paying a subscription for this. I am done.

Another update on fixing this problem would be great. Still "ice-skating" around, which is a big disadvantage and very annoying not only in PvP!

Its impossible to do PVP or even trial content. all i do is sliding around. If this problem would be affecting PC users, it probably would have been fixed ages ago. But a solution to a stable and same experience as the other plattforms would be nice.
Im paying for a a game(service) that i want to get and be part of.
To do nothing is the same as just leaving a customer with no help in a store in my opinion.

... not only do we slide, but the machines heat up more than before this update. I've stopped playing while waiting for a fix !!

There is no sliding problem on the PTS! Might that be a fix in update 39 when it's going live?? I really do hope so!!

Today's 9.0.7 patch notes don't say anything about this issue. But then again, the PTS notes do not either. So maybe your discovery will 'just happen' either before or at U39.


EDIT: Just logged in after 9.0.7 and I am happy to report that my mount is no longer sliding. Huzzah!

Same here - patch 9.0.7 seems to have fixed it.

I had gotten so proficient at "drifting" around corners that the fix came as quite a shock. But I'm happy it's done.

So happy to confirm that this is fixed for me also after today's patch. I rode around for a couple minutes just to get re-acclimated!

Horray! After the patch this week my steering is no longer borked! No more sliding around on ice everywhere. I didn't see anything in the patch notes about it, but thank you SOO MUCH for taking care of that ZOS!
