It certainly seems ZOS has decided that crown crate gifting is something they don't want in game.

We can add this to what is becoming a long list of changes over the last year that essentially nobody supports.

No, there will be an update on the status of the temp fix on June 12th. Permanent solution to follow undisclosed time afterwards.
