Ugh. I reported this twice on PTS.

Same here, and happens with XP scrolls too. Changing zone of any kind (into delve, house, new zone etc) removes them. New class and I can't even use XP scrolls on my brand new character... lol

Great that it's fixed for you, thanks for sharing that.
Now could you SHARE WHAT you did with the addon to fix the issue??
Kinda unclear how that addon could fix anything with the issues people are reporting here.

In line 701 of Events.lua, change FISHING_MANAGER to INTERACTIVE_WHEEL_MANAGER
I don’t know whether that fixes this issue, since my UI add-on always shows me the buff timers even when the game removes the buff icons and shrinks my bars (though the extra resources from food are still there).
But it will fix JoAT, and then you can see if it fixes anything else.

Thank you! I will modify it and update my post if it helps!
Side note, I was reading the patch notes for Dolgubon's LWC and they noted they also changed FISHING_MANAGER to INTERACTIVE_WHEEL_MANAGER during their API update.
Looking forward to testing later!

Please let us know what you find out from your testing.
On one of my much older characters (Nord DK) I have been consistently losing my Mundus stone (was using the Steed) when zoning. This did not appear to just be only an issue on my character sheet because the health recovery dropped and I no longer seemed to have the buff in cmx or esologs. Upon switching to the Lord, I stopped losing my mundus buff, so at least in my case it seemed be boon-specific? I have not noticed the mundus drop off on any other characters (yet).

(tl;dr) Troubleshooting is a delightful torture, especially when you try to recreate the issue you experienced and IT. WONT. MANIFEST.
Longer version:
I spent several hours yesterday & evening running around PC\EU as that is where the issue first started for me.
I could not get it to actually drop my food & XP buffs early.
What I did experience on zoning in, was my drink buff from the previous day was still active but the attribute bars were shrunk as though no buff was active. This isn't new and many others have called that out too.
I started in N. Elsweyr. ate a 50% Crown XP scroll and washed it down with a Witchmother's Potent Brew, both at least 2hrs duration. (Upon drinking, the attribute bars expanded to the size they would normally, stats were still buffed values)
Fought some dragons, did a couple delve dailies, so in and out of overland zone into delves, even popped into and out of Sugar Bowl Suite, no issues.
Hopped to other zones including S. Elsweyr, Wrothgar, Shadowfen, High Isle, Galen and finally Telvanni Peninsula and Necrom. Did multiple dailies across those zones, into and out of delves, etc. No issues, buffs ran their normal courses.
I even rebuffed drink&XP after those ran out and still no issues with them falling off early.
Only things I did outside of game before hand was the fix @ADarklore mentioned above and like I also mentioned I updated Dolgubon's LWC. That's it (I should be happy things seemed to work as they should but it bugs me greatly when I can't recreate an issue.)
In-game experience was actually very good, even for being on PC\EU, which is across the vast pool of water for me.
Arcanist is still hella fun to play! I did notice a bug with aiming their beam abilities and height\angle that I need to see if it's been reported, otherwise I will.
