Unsafe Haven Bugged
Cannot progress the quest, jeer-tei is not respawning. I tried re-logging into different instances and it's the same story all over. People keep shouting for people to get off the boat because "they read on the forums it works" no posts here. Figured i'd make one to let devs know. At the moment, it's very hard to progress past lvl 15 without this quest since its needed to move the story forward.
