In high isle we got that new card game, apart from the new class do we have any other special features?

Not that I recall. The card game was a replacement for a new class.

1. Green, much green
2. Flashy light shows.
3. More green.
4. Tentacles and eyes, if you're into that sort of thing.
5. Books? idk
6. Cthulhu-in-ESO vibes.
7. Snooty, slaver Dark Elf "wizards"

Here're a few quality-of-life, cool stuff they added

the ability to favorite collectibles (up to 100, right-click to add)
mounts can be random based on favorite mounts or any ole mount in your collection
filleting multiple stacks of fish, cool beans
in case you missed a book, a new "Impresario's Catalogue" book at every Impresario tent that discovers all of the books contained within that collection
they nailed Stuga's shoes to the ground
