Question: Still water and Oakensoul

Still water skill applies a minor protection proc, that when the health drops below 50% you get a burst heal at the cost of still waters' minor protection. But Oakensoul has Minor Protection as a constant. Can both of these exist at the same time ? Can you have oaken, and buff with still water, get the burst heal when you take too much damage and still have minor protection active ?

When you use the skill, the minor protection switches from being oakensoul's minor protection to the skill's minor protection. When the proc happens, the skill's minor protection is consumed and oakensoul's minor protection appears again. Therefore, yes.
