automated emails from zenimax
When I created an account for the Beta it took 10 hours to get the automated email to verify the account and now I buy a new computer try to log in from the same isp and what do I get? This computer isn't authorized and I will get an email to verify, only I don't and as for customer service.....well all I can say is that doesn't appear to exist. So much for prepaying to get early access to the game.
What I don't understand is why if I can't access the game from this computer, why should I be able to access my account and change info there? I would think that if I use this computer to do that it should be recognized to enter the game.
I am very annoyed by the service received.
