I don't want to give this company any more money until they deal with the stolen art they're still profiting off of. It needs to be removed from the store (so they stop profiting from theft) until they finish a deal with the artist they stole it from!

You can't get the new tables without it?
No. The 3 new crafting tables are only available if you buy the new chapter.
Although, I'm not seeing much reason for guilds to revamp all their guild tables if they're already set up. It will be cost prohibitive at this point with so many tables and it could create traffic jams at the tables for the guilds with 500 members. I don't know how it's going to work out, but we're about to find out.
I remember buying my first expansion (Elsweyr, summer of 2019) and it going on sale about 7 hours later. I'm not falling for that snip ever again.
I'll wait for the -66% moment

Clearly this is something i know nothing about. If you feel safe doing so, please elucidate.
From what I've seen so far story-wise, I'm just not super excited about this being another one-off adventure, once again not advancing the overall plot of the three aliance war/interregnum. ESO feels very stagnating.

I purchased it through a key site, was cheaper and still got all the usual pre-order rewards and as far as I am aware that's none of my money gone to ZoS.

I did the same, like I did with High Isle. I think ZOS still gets money, which is okay with me. I do want to support the game.
Since I mainly play to quest/explore, getting the expansion was a no-brainer.

I would have thought it'd go to the key seller and the website. Eh, in any case it's still cheaper and I got the same rewards as I would have done buying it right off the bat from the store anyways!
