Not Sure What The Issue Is...
For some reason enemies, objects and npcs are not loading/spawning. If I reload my GUI it sometimes helps. Also if I stand around for a bit things seem to load. I can run the game in HIGH settings and everything looks great/runs great except the issue stated above. Oh, and the load times are kind of long, not sure what's causing that either.
Would turning on v-sync help at all? I'm at a loss!
