Another Endless "Requesting Character Load" Issue

Cannot log into my character since early this afternoon. Viewpoint bugged out, I logged out, tried logging in again and have been getting "Requesting Character Load" ever since. The only way out of it is to force-close the game and reload, but the message just comes right back.
