With every skill having a cost that depends on max resource is bad for sustain. You use it every 20s anyway so it's gonna help your sustain a bit by removing one skill that costs your main resource and add one that costs your off resource. Imagine playing stamina Arcanist, having 0 stam and full mag. It's to avoid stuff like that. I love it, ngl

I mean for stam toons sure, since magicka is a dump stat. But magicka characters are going to suffer for this. Pve won't feel it as bad as pvp sure, but it's still kind of a dumb way to help with sustain. If stam is your lowest stat you need that for basically everything that keeps you alive.
This is a good change! Good grief, stop saying things are a nerf when you don't understand it.
Being able to draw on the opposite resource helps sustain. Mag or stam, it doesn't matter. Good change. Different, interesting, good.

This is the ONLY skill like this, and we don't exactly know WHAT the scaling is like, yet. Second, not everyone will be using this skill anyway, as I've heard it's pretty lackluster to begin with.
