because who is going to poison themselves?... willingly?.... KNOWING that it wont do them any good whatsoever.?
..
Don't see them adding more XP to that mode, if your saying its going to be as hard as Craglorn that is still easier than other vet content in the game and that content does not give extra XP compared to its normal counterpart.
As for purple gear drops, so are we going to have the Alik'r desert dolmen trains move to the vet version and get a purple ring or necklace for every dolmen they do flooding the market both with jewelry and purple upgrade mats?
I could understand slightly higher chance of purple drops but not all purple drops.
If they were to add something like get a mount/skin etc when you defeat all of a vet zones world boss I would fully expect to see paid carry services for that springing up in zone chat day one of it implemented, so no thank you to that.
The main thing I could see them doing in terms of extra rewards would be, new achievements and new achievement vendors with new stuff to buy.
Even then I find it hard to believe we would be able to pry that many new cosmetics and furniture pieces etc from them since they would have to add different ones in every zone in the game, when instead they could shove them on the crown store and in furniture packs with no extra effort required, not saying its right just makes more sense for a business.
To me this always boils down to people saying they want more challenge, then they immediately start to discuss the rewards necessary to make dealing with that extra challenge worthwhile.
If someone needs a carrot to go do the harder content, then what happened to wanting the harder challenge, in my opinion if harder overland goes ahead it should be exactly that a jump in difficulty with some new achievements/titles no other changes, the increased challenge is your primary reward.

for those who need to level new toons im sure an exp increase would be welcome..
you can get purple drops from any vet dungeon so why not vet overland?? im not exactly worried about the price of purple materials...
There are tons of free cosmetics in the game.... asking for more is just greedy in my opinion though im sure they would sooner do that than make something like mythics or dungeon sets tradable.. Achievements is pretty much all that is to be expected...
and as i have said before i am fine with just a vet difficulty option... no incentive required..
While discussing about overland difficulty, I wonder how high was set for Western Skyrim ritual sites (local dolmens).
There is so much death and destruction there, I was shocked seeing it for a first time.
I die there often if not paying attention for the bosses' one-shot mechanic.
That is weird, I can solo many world bosses in base game with a simple blocking/bashing abilities, but here overland bosses are way stronger and love to surround a player and hit like a train. I was really surprised with this latest death recap, and yes I tried to heal, dodge etc...
By they way, rewards from finishing this activity was really a disappointment, not worth few deaths and time...
