Zenimax, give me my refund and stop ignoring my tickets.
Can you improve your customer support a little bit? Seriously not even a notification on my email when I submit my ticket? Theres no link where I can follow up my ticket? What kind of customer service is this?
I was asking for a refund and it seems you guys are ignoring it.
Is that how you treat your users? First you ignored my "Unknown Error" problem, told me you are not going to do anything about it because it is not your server's fault. So i figured i wont be able to play this game and all im asking is to give my money back.
