Jump/Fall Animation Bug?

My character model shakes when I jump or fall off anything. Not the whole screen just the character model. It is smooth when I dodge or run/walk but jumping and falling the character model shakes.

I try to ignore it but it is making me nauseated. I have been googling and asking others if they have the same problem and no one says anything.

Anyone have any advice or solution for this?

I have a hard time believing this isn't a bug because I can't imagine any AAA mmo going to launch with a jump that looks like my character is having a seizure and makes me want to throw up.

I'm guessing that the character animation is stored as a series of frames on your own PC in some sort of local data file.
That would further suggest that the file is damaged and the frames are being shown out of sequence or distorted.
It might help to repair your client.

I repaired and it didn't find anything. I am wondering if it would be possible to go in and manually delete the file that has fall animations in it and then repair which would hopefully give me a new file.

I did a complete uninstall and reinstall and I'm still getting this. Anyone have any other ideas?
