The maintenance is complete, and the PTS is now back online and patch 12.0.3 is available.
Max Template Char has no Deadlands Plans Coffer

After learning all Recipes and plans on this Max Template char (on what is now the EU version of the server) I have found no Deadlands Plans at all.
I did do the Achievement necessary to buy the Mixed Furnisher's Documents from Faustina, but there are several Deadlands Praxes that are not available from these.
Where is the regular Envelope with all the Plans? I cannot test all the furnishings and builds without (as I am on PC/NA).
I guess I have to buy everything I need to use from the Housing Editor.
