I am a casual adult player as the majority of players in this game and who is here to have FUN after work and to treat myself I spend money on this game. As I see we have 2 options to get good dps. HA or 2 bars LA weaving. I dont enjoy LA weaving so I wont play it. If HA wont be good enough after nerf I wont play the game and go spend my money in another game.

✭✭✭✭✭I am detecting parallel sentiments in my guilds.
Players who were too timid to join group activities, even ones that even if they did not have the oak ring they could easily do, are starting to worry about what will happen to them after the patch.
This is not just HA players but all oak builds, the ring gave them confidence but the continued nerfs are scaring them away from groups again.
We will see how this plays out, but the nerfs chilling affect on player confidence is starting to show.3 -

✭First off this did not need to be a new post (many discussions on topic are already open), secondly your thoughts are based purely on a what if, instead of being based on actually playing the PTS, and thirdly two-bar heavy builds are also a possibility for those that don't like LA weaving.
My two-bar heavy attack sorc, one-bar templar, and one-bar arcanist on the PTS all work perfectly fine without hurting my hands. Obviously the one-bar setups are the most easy to manage. I can assure you that the empower nerf is redundant if you're not already doing crazy top end damage.
The nerf to storm master depends completely on one's playstyle (low crit setup means it's too unreliable as there is now less opportunities to reproc, but will still buff heavy attacks). However, it should be noted that there are other heavy attack sets that one could use that are more reliable despite giving less of a buff.
Of course, the most important thing to note is that every playstyle in this horizontal progression based game gets nerfed at some point in a way that gets players to rethink what they're doing in terms of rotation and gear. - Trash Potions when feeling cheap: Regular CP150 Essence of Magicka pots that I obtain frequently from playing the game or Crown Tri-Restoration Potion obtained from dailies.
- Crafted Potions: Essence of Spell Critical (Bugloss, Lady's Smock, and Water Hyacinth). Without magelight this is my primary means of obtaining Major Prophecy on my Sorc, which increases my Spell Critical Rating. This also heals and restores magicka. Essence of Immovability (Columbine, Corn Flower, and Wormwood). I use this in PvP, since this gives me stealth detection, knockback immunity, and restores magicka (better to use it when competent allies are nearby, since it might reveal that you are surrounded by multiple players in stealth and you will not have an emergency pot available after use). Essence of Invisibility with only 2 ingredients (Blue Entoloma, Namira's Rot, Nirnroot, or Spider Egg). I use this in PvE content that requires stealth and if I need more speed I'll use Rapid Maneuver before using the potion. Essence of Invisibility with 3 ingredients (Blessed Thistle, Blue Entoloma, and Namira's Rot). Very useful in PvP alongside the vampire Dark Stalker passive, since you'll be invisible, ignore movement speed penalty while in Crouch, and you'll have a 30% movement speed boost from Major Expedition (I always have this slotted when riding from point A to B in PvP land, since gankers are always lurking). My templar/arcanist will mostly use Essence of Health (Tri-Stat Potion) Ingredients: (Mountain Flower, Columbine, and Bugloss).
