We already have various mounts in the game. I'm sure most want to fly a dragon. Why not make a mini dragon that flies 1 meter above the ground?
I'm sure it's not difficult because the developers have already given players flying pets.
After all, a flying mount is great because it doesn't rattle.

✭✭✭✭✭We don't have a single dragon pet btw. Those are imps that use illusion magic. Can you ride on an illusion?
I would much rather have a "levitate spell" as a mount option as that would be a bit more lore friendly, and yes I would accept if that doesn't inherit your riding skill the same way the stick mounts don't.This Bosmer was tortured to death. There is nothing left to be done.11 -
